Q. What is your minimum order requirements?

A. There are NO minimum order requirements. Purchase just one lot or take advantage of discount pricing on multiple piece purchases.

Q. What are your hours of operation and phone number?

A. We are online from 8:00 a.m -7:00 p.m. eastern standard time Monday - Friday. We answer all emails within 24 hours of receiving with the exception of week-ends. We do not offer a toll free number at this time to keep our costs low and provide good pricing for buyers.
Upon placing an order your confirmation will contain a contact number to resolve any order issues.

Q. How long will it take before my order is shipped?

A. Most orders are shipped in One to Four days of purchase.   We use USPS First Class & Priority Mail in most cases. UPS & Fed Ex shipping used if requested by customer. We do accept international orders.

Q. How much will shipping cost?

A. All shipping cost are determined by the weight of your order Your order will be carefully packed and shipped. Shipping charges are determined by weight, size and location.  Shipping time varies depending upon location. First Class mail 7 - 10 business days. Priority Mail 2-3 business days. For express shipping/overnite shipping please email for stock availability. Keep in mind faster delivery times are more costly, order far enough in advance to avoid this extra cost.

Q. How are returns and damages handled?

A. Razmataz Celebrations wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email razmatazcelebrations@yahoo.com Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must be in the original packaging. Include the invoice with a note stating the reason for the return. We will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping charges. Never a restocking fee.
